Delivery Information

At Nuvictus, we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process:

Shipping Method

We ship our supplements across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked. We want you to be able to trust in the delivery of your supplements, so we ensure they are tracked for your peace of mind.

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, your first subscription will be delivered within 3-5 working days. For each subsequent month, your subscription will be sent 3-5 days before the next due date. Please note that delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.

Packaging

Your first month's package, which includes a blood test, will be delivered in a box. For the next five months, your supplements will arrive in our specially branded envelopes.

Tracking

Each month's package is sent tracked and signed for. You'll be able to track your package to ensure it reaches you safely.

Cost

At Nuvictus, we believe in transparency. Shipping is free and included in the subscription cost. There are no surprise costs.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Address Errors

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nuvictus.co. If the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to replace or refund it until it is returned to us.
